Go easy on us if driving standards aren't up to scratch Wally, I'm sure there's a lot of practice NOT going on. :-[
It'll probably last all series, with fortnightly AC updates. :-X
-
Muah ha ha haaaaa. I've been practising heaps for Phillip Island and not touched AC.
NOT.
-
I'll have to give this week a miss guys. It's the girlfriends birthday so I'd better take her out to dinner or something like that anyway. Have fun and see you next week
-
Wally, I must have the wrong version of Phillip Island. According to the Rank Site my times are a bit (well, a lot) more than competitive. lol. Although I do not get any error message when connecting to the XGN server.
I've d/l the track from your first post of the sign up page, but cannot d/l Tim's track pack.

As far as I know, there's only one version. You're clearly just made for this car.
-
Unfortunately I might not make it tonight as I put my back out yesterday (and I had done a 1.28.1 in practice). But I'm off to the physio now so will see how that goes.
-
Good luck.

Lol, I have yet to find a car that is made just for me. Of course someone COULD bring out an Austin Seven mod. Now there's a car built for me.
No, its not that Wally, my sector times are all screwed up. Mega fast in first Sector and Mega slow second sector.

edit:
Just checked the rank page, some of the newer times posted have similar Sector times. All good.
-
Newsflash: I've decided to reverse the top 4 each race, to mix up the "clear track" advantage a little without causing too much chaos.
-
Gaaahhhhh just found the problem. The date on the server was way wrong, so the log files for tonight were buried away in the pile of old logs.
Now fixed.
So, as discussed, we'll postpone this round for real till next week.
-
I thought it would be something simple, good to hear it's fixed. ;)
Here's my set for any who want:

Thanks for the welcome back all, a pleasing to see your fantastic race group is still growing, I am. Constantly impressed Wally.
Thanks again to the setup, top work, it allowed me jump on after only few laps in the arvo and have a great nights racing.
My main aim was to avoid casing grief, and ended up not finishing last!
So onward with some weight advantage ;D
Sorry for the "quite mode" as we have young kids here as a daughter is having a child as I type!
See you next week hopefully for all races...
Bruce

Good to see some new and old names last night, and a relatively clean round as well.
Dragging myself away from AC for some praccy paid off, as did having a pre-prepared 50kg set. ;)
It's not hard to practice at Phillip Island though, great track.
Well done Jamo for the win, under lots of pressure too, so well deserved. 8)

Thanks Wally for always giving us a great place to race.
Yeah cheers on the win factor. Im really enjoying the way this car can be set up.
