If anyone has any thoughts on pit stops in a 7 lap race, shoot. It would probably be best to not require a pit stop - but we'll have to see if tyres can last the full distance without a stop, even at 1x.Also, I'll make all of practice a qualifying session, so we can actually get more than 1 qualifying lap in. « Last Edit: May 22, 2018, 10:59:43 PM by Wally » Logged “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time” Karydis7 Newbie Posts: 29 Karma: 0 Re: S22R4: German Grand Prix at Nordschleife « Reply #1 on: May 23, 2018, 04:41:04 PM » Im gonna have to get the DLC for nordschleife but im keen Logged Wally Administrator Hero Member Posts: 11036 Karma: 152 AC Admin Re: S22R4: German Grand Prix at Nordschleife « Reply #2 on: May 23, 2018, 07:49:41 PM » Quote from: Karydis7 on May 23, 2018, 04:41:04 PMIm gonna have to get the DLC for nordschleife but im keen Go for it! I haven't tested those multipliers myself, but being only a 7 lap race, it feels more right. Maybe it means you won't have to pit at all - I don't know. If anyone tries it and finds some disastrous consequence, let us know. The tyres (Hard) might not make it in good nick. They'll be struggling for the last lap or two. I reckon the tyre situation will make it interesting. It's the first two that really cause me problems.I'm going to try again sometime today on the server. Once you do two it actually feels easier............and then you miss a brake point. Slow and steady might win the race.
