Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: S12R6: Imola Pre-Race Chat« on: July 16, 2016, 12:37:34 PM »I did try a pit stop and seems fuel is way slower to add now, I did also select repair all but only had very minor engine and gearbox damage. I didnt see the damage indicator pop up at all so maybe they dont fix this in a stop any more. But 80l of fuel seemed like 4 times as long as in the last build. Interesting. That could change some strategies. 6107

Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: New pit lane penalty app: 1.15 for download« on: July 16, 2016, 08:10:25 AM »
With the introduction of false starts in AC 1.7, we no longer need the PLP "Wally" lights. Instead, we will be using the game's drive through penalty for a jump start.
YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD VERSION 1.15 OF THE PLP APP FROM THE FIRST POST This turns the PLP lights off. When you dismiss and activate the app, you should no longer see the PLP lights flash up as a preview. 6111

I re-uploaded the ini file, as it was corrupt with a bad mod car.

Tyre blankets might be a good idea, to compensate for some cars being ballasted and some not. I find that the tyres tend to cool to their normal temperature relatively quickly with tyre blankets. They mostly seem to help avoid just the cold start.

I've installed the latest version now.Great videos Marty. Thanks for the effort. I still maintain in my case, I had passed Freezer, I was in front, and on the racing line, and the onus is always on the overtaking car to make it safely. I don't think Freezer was far enough alongside me to claim the corner. If he had been further up, I would have conceded the corner.Well I am going to maintain my case also then . . 6118

It's looking to me like the ballast is looking pretty good. We'll do the red bull experiment too. There's always going to be variation between people and tracks, so with the reverse grid format (I reckon I'll do the reverse by season standings thing, Marty), the racing should be close and excellent.
