Probably not....

I don't like the physics, but i'll keep an eye on how the racing goes, and if it is getting good reviews from you guys i may drop in and have a drive... Wont be for a while though.

I'll try and be there Bruce....

I love Cadwell Park, a fitting end for some Historic racing.

I'm sad to hear this Bruce, but i understand.

The small grids whilst being fun, weren't up to what we had in the good old days of big grids and fun races.

Thanks for all your work Flatty.

Well that sucks for us....

Enjoy spending time with the family and car.... we really know you are just terrified of racing us :)

PS, check out my new car in the hobbies thread, your car was built to rally, let's go get it dirty  :o

You blokes certainly don't talk much about photography!!!

To keep the ball rolling, here is an arty pic i took of my new (old) Forester yesterday,

It was very misty in the high country, so this image suited a B&W conversion.

Cars & Bikes / It's all Glenn's fault... I bought a Subaru :)
« on: May 04, 2014, 01:37:41 PM »
No, not really.

But i bought a Subaru!!

It is a few years old and has a couple of hundred thousand k's on the clock, but that suits me as i'm going to be taking it off road.

I bought it primarily as a weekend car so we could get into the bush with our photography and camping gear and enjoy some remote spectacular areas.

Here she is. in the thick of it after about 12 hours of ownership!!

I'll be in a Sprint, it is the only car i'm consistent in.

I assume that the cars on the server are the final choices???

Here is the focus point, The transition from the white wall to the black... Nice high contrast point.

Unfortunately all my lenses did cost the earth....

I have just bought 2 new ones :) This one was cheap... A 14mm f/2.8 Samyany manual focus prime, it was $439.00. I also bought a Nikon 16-35mm f/4.0 it was about $1,000 more expensive.. I have to shoot about 5 recording studios in Sydney soon so i needed a few ultra wides.

Auto focus, you can click on the image to go to photobucket... I think the original image was about 600kB

How are you stranger, i hope all is well.

Yeah, the long lenses do well at isolating your subject, if you look at the Packard image, it also separates the foreground as well.
