The 1st chicane..

It can be taken pretty straight without triggering a penalty or getting a red light on RSR.

How are we going to take this chicane? before someone gets out of their car and rage-points..

Not sure why the guy that made the track didnt make those apex objects solid, would avoid the confusion but greatly add to the chaos in a race. As is those objects are just pretty silly as you can drive straight through them though Im sure most wont be doing that   ;)

Regarding sponsors and claims of copyrights I find it quite funny and hypocritical if some company was to complain. After all they pay the big bucks to have their logo's seen by as many peopls as possible. Its the sponsors that pay for the exposure and pay more if there is more exposue.

I also find it easy to copy a real skin as it doesnt take any imagination plus we dont have mushrooms to go all phsycedalic on like you westerners.  ;)

One thing for sure a grid skinned by Dick forrest will provide lots of laughs. I had plans of making a silly funny skin for season 1 but I couldnt get it to work as I hoped so abandoned it and went the more traditional style even if it was fictional.

Lol this is going to be the gayest league series in history, no offence to you and your kind Dick but the best thing about me driving that skin would be that I dont have to look at it on somebody else. You dont see much of the skin your in just everyone else will need to deal with the visual pain your creating.  ;D

If you mean gayest as in happy, then I hope you're right. It could show that XGN is a very gay place to be. such joy.
No offense to me at all. i'm not gay....
 my boyfriend is though.

Really, I just was trying to help you fit in Marty.

At the end of the day it's going to look strange on you-tube. and making people go 'WTF?' is what life is about.

I think you have a talent Dick but I also think you are a little asian girl trapped in a bikers body going by your taste in designs. I must say if I drive that car the odds of anyone near me not crashing from uncontrollable laughter would have to be pretty slim.

Also one last question, is it mushroom season in the west atm?  ;D

The z4 s1 is ok its just the standard as it only has an option for street tyres, makes it a bit out of place I think as every other car does have semi slicks including the z4 s1. So the z4 is the slowest in a straight line with the worst cornering ability and also has tyres that are far worse then all others, the s1 being on the semi's gives it a chance against some of the slower cars but at Imola the WR times Evora GTE is 2:00.185 vs Z4 standard at 2:08.246 with tyres that also will go to pieces in half the time making it even slower after about 5 laps.

Just ran a few races with these cars then added the 1M and e92 standard and s1. I think the only car that really should be replaced is the z4 standard as its only got street tyres where all others can run semi slicks. And the s1 is just doable but the regular on street tyres is another second and half slower which is quite a bit behind every other car. Still with dick in the GTE I was able to beat him running the z4 s1 but he is 10 seconds off wr pace and I am 1.4s off so once he stays on the track hed be 3 seconds a lap faster or more quite easily even if pushing wr times in the z4 and that would be 5 seconds or more over the standard one.

I think if you get rid of the z4 s1 one of the other beamers could take its place as they fit in quite well in the middle of the pace bracket and with the 3 lotus elise's and z4s1 this gives the 8 fastest guys considerably slower cars then everyone else still.

I have just loaded up my server with one of each of these at Imola to see how they go, I will run a few laps online tonight then at some point change to racing the Tatuus at nurburgring as I need some practice with only a couple nights I can do this before the next race.

I hear ya Marty. you're right, sheer coincidence!
I've changed your's to a nice blue. I've noticed the blue Cobra's are harder to handle and crash a lot. well the one's I've driven have.

7 seconds may be a bit much, it may be good to have a practice race between seasons running cars in order of the last season standings. I do remember the z4 being quite a bit worse then all the other cars there but I was able to match some guys driving the lotus elise s2 having to fight very hard to hang on to the evora gte. But the lotus is very slow in straights its very good in corners, the z4 is very slow and also the worst car in corners so it may be a bit too far behind the others I think.
Don't worry Marty - you'll be in the same car as Guybrush so nothing will change for you :) :)

I was just thinking of Guy and Darren but now that I realize 4 people get these it will be harder for me to work my strategy, I cant beat them on equal terms as yet unless they take each other out which they were quite good at in season 1 I may add.  ;D

Wally regarding cars for the season, do you think it would be better to set cars on season standings or the last race? Kind of like the first season where a couple races I got the DTM due to one race with a computer issue and another where I started race 1 a lap down. Made it a little boring in the DTM even though I preffered that car driving wise it made for some lonely hotlapping races.

The tricky thing is always reserves and what car they get for the next race but either way what car will someone jumping in for their first star mid season get. Would it be the middle of the road car and what did you see as the average time spread between fastest and slowest cars over these tracks?

3387
Sounds interesting but that will be very setup dependant, my wear at Monza was very even with my left front and rear tyres wearing at near exact rates just the front right was about half a lap behind.

This will be a much higher wearing track then monza overall and so tyre use may have a fair impact on the last race. Still Guybrush was getting less wear then I was in the second race at Moza with mine dropping to 97% around lap 5 or 6 but his was much closer to the end. In a few l9nger runs I tried with 5x wear I never dropped below 97% there though.

Is the practice server set for 6x wear Wally as I will give it a run tonight if it is. My server will stay up with short qualy and race at 100% wear most of the week I think. I will be away from sat to Tuesday hopefully back in time for the race at least.

I would like to go as a reserve but as our tennis season has started the only thursday nites I can make is if we get a washout. This wont be called til 7 or 7.30pm so maybe being a reserve wont work as notice is a bit late. We will get a couple byes though so should be able to make those 2 weeks at least.

3389
Well now. After Tuesday's Monza Mayhem this should be a fairly relaxing race LOL

Cobra Kaos? Or Salzburg Slidefest?

Was there chaos I didnt see any, but I hope I get to make this race as its bound to be chaos.

Marty bugged me for My little Pony.

Needs work. And it's too pink! when will you guys get over driving pink cars???

It wouldnt be a coincidence that if Dick makes everyone elses skins they all end up very pink, yet he thinks we are the ones with the issues.  ;D
