Interesting racing for me after being absent for the last 2 rounds.. very little practise.. fastest lap of the night for me was 1.33.2 or .4.. I didn't qualify well as expected in race 1, but made it from 17th to mid field, seanus was lagging which made it hard to get around him or plan any moves..
race 2 was an absolute disaster, stuck behind seanus again and he lagged off the start, tried to get around him but got shoved by the freight train of cars. ended up with damage and that just put my head out of the race really, disappointed in quite a few people in that race .. sheer desperation rather than decent racing.. race 3 I was middle field off the grid again, no seanus this time so i got a clean start got up as far as 10th but dropped back to 11th with kcender coming through then on the last lap went wide giving away another 2 positions.. was a fun night, but people need to be less aggressive off the start in reverse grid even in a sprint race. And lagging/warping cars need to be addressed because they are causing incidents which drivers can be penalised for. 5

ok don't hit the fence coming out of one of the last 2 turns before pit straight.. hit it and went straight into a hole..race over, instead of bouncing off the fence.

I have a wireless version that has all that, but i couldn't get the sensitivity right even though the software and the game were set the same for the wheel.
Either way I don't have the disposable income to buy either the fanatec or this without testing it. If i can't use it, it's a massive expense to lose money on to resell. 8

I didn't expect to do well, had very little practice, managed only 1:43s and maybe a high 42 so didnt expect to do any better and be at least 4 seconds off pace. Did okay in the first race, saw a few offs and tried to stay out of it. On the first left hander I saw poor Joe get caught up in an accident that 2 other cars had which sent him from the right straight across to the left of the circuit, I had time to change down and break to avoid T-boning him, lost a spot or 2 and finished where I expected.
The 2nd race I was thrown up in the top 5 and tried to hold off people that were faster than me for as long as I could.. Watching good battles going on behind me as I turned to defensive racing. Finished around 10th or 11th I think or close to it.. The 3rd race I was tired and hot so I took it a little easier, some good racing by shayne and a good side by side battle with Wally. 4% restrictor didnt hold me up enough and had fun making my ass as fat as I could to make it hard without deliberately trying to block. I still suffer from understeer issues due to joystick, so i need to tweak the setup more. Merry Christmas everyone and thanks for a good night. 11

Single make races are a whole lot easier Even on its own I think it's a good car for a single make season. 13
