If Joe comes 6th twice, and someone else wins both races and takes out bonus points for pole and fastest laps, then that person would get 37 more points than Joe.Even if Joe comes 4th twice, the other person would be 29 points up, but that's assuming the same person wins both races. It'll be close... Whoever lead lap 1 was likely to win the race (barring any mistakes). Bacchulum got me in both races, with an especially hard fought lap 1 of the second race. If I would have won just one of the races, the points would have ended up:1. Wally, 2502. Joe, 2493. Good close season. I can't just blame ballast for that last round as I also made mistakes but it certainly didn't help on track with such long straights. Thanks for another season Wally. To be honest, I didn't think Joe was catch-able, I was just trying to beat Wally to 2nd in the standings.I knew I had to beat him in both races, as he was picking up fastest lap points.Bad luck Joe, a poor round at the wrong time , and you can blame the ballast as you have to drive on the limit to counter it and it exacerbates any small mistake into a big one.Season 9 champion, season 41 champion, look out in season 73 guys........
