Joe had a good round too, with a 4th and a 2nd, which has seen him take a narrow lead in the standings from AGK.RACE 1 RESULTSRACE 2 RESULTSSEASON STANDINGSSEASON STATSRound PointsAbleArcher83 43AGK 37Joe 30Wally 30killagorilla 18Phil.8 18Matthew111 12Rob 6ab156 4DaveReid 3Captain Slow 2PenaltiesNone.Season Standings1. He was chasing me when I had a big oversteer moment over the hill at turn 2 and relinquished 3rd, but then I caught up to Joe to put pressure on him until he bounced just a little off a kerb and I could pounce and take the spot back. Then it was a tense chase over the last lap.Early in race 2 I felt was being a bit held up by AGK, so I pitted fairly early just to get some clean track. After my stop it was fairly lonely racing, which I had hoped for with the early stop. I chased Joe to the end but he kept a comfortable gap. I went off track and got him an easy pass early in the race and then I was pretty much following him sort of closely. In race 2 I was racing by myself most of the time. Pitted very late and then had a bit of a battle for P4, but no chance to defend my position on cold tires.Well, kept this thing on the tarmac a lot more than I thought it would be possible...great track for these cars Logged Phil.8 RestrictedRacing Hero Member Posts: 4158 Karma: 62 Δ8 Re: S31R4 - Sonoma « Reply #12 on: January 15, 2020, 10:48:35 PM » Quote from: killagorilla on January 15, 2020, 10:44:40 PMSome very close racing with Phil in race 1.
